The conference venue is Queens College, located in the city of Cambridge, about 50 miles (80km) north-east of London. For international visitors travelling by air, most long-haul flights arrive at London Heathrow or Gatwick Airports, but delegates from Europe or the rest of the UK will find it more convenient to arrive at nearby Stansted Airport. Please note that the conference is situated within the centre of Cambridge, which is mostly closed to road traffic. Car parking is extremely difficult and delegates are strongly advised to use public transport. 

London Stansted is the closest major airport and is about 30 miles from Cambridge . Cambridge is within easy reach by rail, coach or taxi and the railway station is part of the terminal. The times of trains between Stansted Airport and Cambridge can be found from National Rail or Qjump. Trains run every 30 minutes and take about 30 minutes to reach Cambridge. Coach services from Stansted Airport to Cambridge run once per hour, and the journey takes about 50 minutes National Express. Tickets can be purchased from the coach ticket desk in the arrivals area of the terminal or on the coach.

London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports will necessitate you taking the underground to either Kings Cross or Liverpool Street. For your convenience please find a London Underground Map herewith. 

BUS (Coach)
Cambridge coach station is close to the city centre and there is an adjacent taxi rank. Direct coach services operate between London Victoria and Cambridge and all the major airports. The duration of coach journeys between London Victoria and Cambridge takes around 2-2 ½ hours. A coach taken from Gatwick or Heathrow terminals can take around 5 hours. Taxis from Cambridge Railway Station to Queens are readily accessible outside the station and will take about 10-15 minutes and cost around £6
